What makes Securfy phones different?

We work on two different platforms. On Google Pixel we install official GrapheneOS, which fully replaces Google's Android: no Google services and no telemetry. On iPhone we keep official iOS —there is no alternative operating system for iPhone— and harden it through a supervised configuration profile: cross-app tracking blocked, unnecessary services disabled and permissions reviewed one by one. In both cases storage is encrypted, you decide each app's permissions, and we add physical protection: emergency PIN, USB port lockdown and automatic wipe after unauthorized access attempts.

Can I use WhatsApp, Telegram and other regular apps?

Yes, you can install most common apps. The difference is that you decide which permissions to grant them. You can use WhatsApp while blocking its access to your location, contacts or microphone whenever you want; on Pixel with GrapheneOS you can also cut off its network access entirely, something iOS does not allow. We recommend encrypted messaging apps like Signal: bear in mind that each app keeps its own metadata collection rules, and that does not depend on the device.

How does shipping work? Is it discreet?

Shipping is completely discreet. The package shows no reference to Securfy or its contents. We use certified courier services with tracking and insure the package for the full device value. Delivery time depends on your location: you'll typically receive your device within 1 to 3 business days in Spain, and within 3 to 7 business days elsewhere in Europe.

Does the device come pre-configured?

Yes, every device is delivered fully configured and ready to use. Our team installs official GrapheneOS on Pixel devices or hardens iOS on iPhones, applies the security layers, sets up the profiles you need and installs recommended privacy apps. We also include a training session so you can get the most out of it from day one.

What warranty do the devices have?

All our devices come with a 2-year warranty. It covers any hardware or operating system failure. We also offer technical support every day of the week for any questions or issues. If you have a problem, our cybersecurity engineering team responds within 1 hour. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or unauthorized system tampering.

Which phone models do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We mainly work with Google Pixel and iPhone, the two platforms with the best hardware-level security guarantees: the Pixel is the only device that officially supports GrapheneOS, and the iPhone combines hardware encryption with a very long update cycle. Every model goes through our full intervention, configuration and verification process before it is added to the catalog. If you have a preference for a specific model, just ask.

How can I pay?

We accept card payments (debit and credit) via Stripe, an encrypted and secure payment gateway. The payment process is completely confidential. If you prefer another method, such as bank transfer, write to us and we'll handle it. We never store your card details.

Does the iPhone carry a management profile (MDM)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On iPhone we use a management profile (MDM) to lock the device down with measures iOS does not otherwise allow: wireless connections blocked by default, no personal Apple account linked, remote wipe in case of theft, and a VPN with kill switch that cuts connectivity if the VPN drops instead of exposing your traffic. You can install your apps as normal; we recommend keeping the restrictions we set up. It grants no access to your content —messages, photos, email or passwords—: Apple's protocol does not expose that data to anyone. Pixel devices with GrapheneOS carry no MDM.
