1. Acceptance of Terms

By using securfy.io and services by Securfy, you accept these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our site. We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted.

If you keep using the site after a change, it means you accept it. Check this page from time to time.

2. Products & Services

Securfy sells encrypted devices: phones, routers, and tablets with secure systems. We also offer cybersecurity consulting.

All products are subject to availability. We may change the catalog, prices, and specifications without notice.

Images are for reference only. The final product may differ slightly. Check the technical specs on each product page before buying.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.

We may change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect when you confirm your purchase.

Payment is made through certified secure gateways. We do not store your full card details.

If there is an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Packaging is discreet. You cannot see what is inside.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when we hand the package to the carrier. Inspect the package before signing.

Delivery times are estimates. They are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Warranty

We do not accept returns. Our devices have customized security systems. Once delivered, we cannot verify they have not been tampered with.

We only accept returns in these cases:

• Manufacturing defect by us: hardware or software failure directly caused by us.
• Order error by us: we sent you a different product than the one you purchased.

In these cases, we cover return shipping costs. We repair, replace, or refund the product. You have 48 hours from receipt to report any issue.

All devices have a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. It covers hardware failures by the manufacturer and software failures from our configuration.

The warranty does not cover: misuse, unauthorized modifications, physical tampering, non-certified apps, or natural disasters.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Securfy or its licensors. It is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without our prior written permission.

Trademarks and trade names appearing on the site belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not grant rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Securfy works with utmost diligence. However, we do not guarantee that the site content is free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

• Indirect damages arising from use of the site or products.
• Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure.
• Your use of purchased devices.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.

8. User Conduct

You may not use our devices or services for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-violating activities.

We may refuse or cancel orders if we detect fraudulent or illegal use.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the consumer's domicile.

For transactions between businesses, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
