How we prepare it
Intervention
- We start from a clean Pixel 9 Pro XL and limit the USB-C port to charging, so that charging is the only function possible through it.
Configuration
- From that point we enable storage encryption, set up the Scramble PIN and the duress password, and register Proton VPN Pro so that it works from the first time you switch the phone on.
Verification
- None of this is automated with a script.
- Every unit goes through a manual check of camera, battery and connectivity before it leaves for you, and when we hand it over we explain how to use each protection step by step.
